Thank you for shopping at The Pet Boutique! We want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely so your pets can enjoy their new goodies.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $12.99
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on our Track Order page.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
