At The Pet Boutique, we want you and your furry friends to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help!
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened or used
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at our contact page to initiate an exchange.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided when you contact us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
